KYBURZ - EVENT PARTNER
In the 1990s, Martin Kyburz started building vehicles for older people with limited mobility. Today, KYBURZ builds sophisticated electric vehicles that are used by many national postal organisations in Europe and Oceania. The vehicles must perform just as well in the cold of Finland as they do in the heat of the Outback. The variety of experiences with the vehicles are constantly being incorporated into further development.
This knowledge is integrated into the vehicles for Australia Post, now a familiar sight on Australian roads. With high-quality engineering and production in Switzerland, KYBURZ works with over 60 authorised service agents to provide high quality service throughout Australia.
Always looking ahead, KYBURZ’s team has also developed a sustainable process for the end of the battery life in which the raw materials from the vehicle batteries are fully separated without the use of chemicals or thermal energy. In future, new batteries will be again produced from this recycled copper, aluminium and lithium.
